Live long & prosper

Welcome to my blog!

I'm Mikaela and I'm 20 years old.
I have grown up watching several family members suffer from disease and cancer, so because of this, I strive to be the healthiest version of myself.

I eat mostly organic, and I am intolerant to gluten and dairy. I also strive to eat very very minimal refined sugars. I have a plethora of random health and exercise tips stored up in my brain so I hope that my blog can provide you with help on your healthy journey as well. I am not a professional by any means, but I do pass on information acquired through my own research and from my doctors (both regular, specialists, and naturopaths). I am open to any and all questions that you may have. Enjoy :)

Doing jump rope for 2-5 minutes a day could: Improve your stamina, flexibility, co-ordination, balance, rhythm and symmetry. It builds up and tones your thighs, calves, hips and booty! It also increases levels of calcium, preventing osteoporosis! Skipping burns about 200 calories in just fifteen minutes!

Love it!

Skipping is on my to-do list when I have more free-time after my exam :D

I enjoy jumping rope. But I have to mostly jump on my left foot because my right ankle is still messed up from March.
